Quote requests and messages

When you send a quote request, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, service address, and message. We use them only to answer your request, set up service, and contact you about it. We don't sell your information.

Website analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how people use this site so we can make it easier to use. It records things like pages visited, buttons clicked, the type of device and browser, approximate location based on IP address, and how you got to the site. It may also record anonymous replays of visits so we can spot pages that are confusing or broken. Anything you type into forms is hidden in those replays. PostHog uses cookies and similar browser storage for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Payments

Online bill payments are handled by Square on Square's own secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Square's use of your information is covered by Square's privacy notice.

Other websites

Links to Facebook and Square take you to sites run by those companies, which have their own privacy policies.
